Qualification and skills most often required

Le baccalauréat en administration des affaires, concentration marketing, est généralement exigé. Le diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en gestion de commerces, combiné avec quelques années d’expérience, peut également être considéré comme valable. La maîtrise des principes de vente et une habileté à maintenir de bonnes relations avec la clientèle sont demandées. La capacité d’analyse et de synthèse ainsi que des aptitudes pour le travail en équipe, le sens de l’organisation, de la créativité et de la facilité à transformer des stratégies en actions concrètes sont des qualités recherchées. Des aptitudes en gestion des ressources humaines et la connaissance des nouveaux systèmes informatiques sont des atouts. Plusieurs années d’expérience sont nécessaires. Le bilinguisme est demandé.
